Using any smart phone or tablet, construction workers can login to SafeWorkPro anywhere, at anytime. The application will become the one tool you need for safety management in your workplace, providing everything you require to reduce the previous stress that comes with complicated and time consuming safety paperwork. SafeWorkPro allows you to easily create safety documents and safety procedures with a few simple clicks. 

Safety documents allows you to create a range of questionnaire type files that will generate documents such as SWMS and Risk Assessments for your workers to complete quickly on site. To save time and therefore money, safety documents can be stored as a PDF file that can be reused for the same worksite multiple times. 

In addition, you will have the option to build a safety procedure on the application. This tool allows you to create documents that you can distribute to your workers devices. This can be used as an educational feature to guide employees through their safety procedures. 


But as the job develops, so does SafeWorkPro. 

New steps in the safety management can be reviewed and added by the worksite manager at any time to ensure that only the best options are being used. Then it's as simple as having the workers sign beneath the line and you’re your safety management is complete – all within a matter of minutes. 

Setup

You can setup a SafeWorkPro account in less than 10 minutes. 

After you have signed up, a welcome email with your account details and password will be sent. Once your account is complete, the next step is to setup your staff members' accounts and upload any of your previous safety documents such as Risk Assessments and SWMS. In fact, you can analyse your risk assessments to create new SWMS. If you do not have any of these yet, don’t worry – you can still setup an account with SafeWorkPro.

On the Job

Filling out safety documents is a breeze with SafeWorkPro.

Staff at the worksite complete documents such as risk assessments with their smartphones or tablet devices, and are given suggestions for job steps and general hazards. These suggestions are based on previously completed risk assessments, which means that reliable information is delivered to each worker when they need it most. To give managers a business insight into safety practices of their workforce, SafeWorkPro allows the suggestions to be filtered in real time. This ensures that communication between management and staff is clear and concise.

SafeWorkPro can be accessed through any browser on any device. To ensure workers in areas beyond reliable internet coverage also experience these benefits, SafeWorkPro can be accessed offline on any iOS or Android device. Once the device re-establishes an internet connection, SafeWorkPro automatically updates the risk assessment data.

Managing

SafeWorkPro provides managers with real time insights into their business and streamlines how they manage safe operating practices. The dashboard feature shows managers the specific risk level associated with each job, how compliant the workforce is and what practices require improvement.  For instance, SafeWorkPlace indicates:

• Who is (and is not) filling out their risk assessments
• When the risk assessments are being completed
• Who is working on the highest risk activity right now
• How many risk assessments are being filled out over any time period
